• Payment by check or money order only made payable to: ProActive Food Safety Training - Payment must be returned with registration form.
• If you have your own book, the class fee is $100.00.
• There will be no refunds unless the class is cancelled by PFST.
• PFST reserves the right to reschedule dates and cancel classes if necessary.
  Those registered for a class that has been cancelled will be given the option to
  attend another class or receive a full refund.

Class Registration Information

Once you have registered for a class you will receive directions to the class and other information approximately 7 days before the class meets. If you would like your book mailed before the class, add a $8.00 shipping fee per book (please note we cannot mail to PO Boxes). Anyone registering within 7 days of the class will receive their book the day of class or include $15.00 for shipping. For information on how to register on-site, please call 704-591-3112. If you are re-testing, you must complete a new course registration form and return it with a $60.00 course registration fee.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

To allow PFST to certify as many attendees as possible, you must cancel 10 days prior to class or you will be required to pay a $60.00 re-registration fee for another class. If you are unable to attend a class you have paid for, please check the class schedule on this site for other dates of classes you may attend. You may do so by sending a new class registration form (click on a link at the top of this page) along with the $60.00 fee to: PFST, PO Box 1392, Pineville, NC 28134-9703. Please note on the form that you are re-registering and what class you will attend. The book you received belongs to you and cannot be returned to PFST. Participants will only receive a full refund if the class has been cancelled by PFST.
